Smoked salmon rolls with fresh goat cheese and olives

  • 200g fresh goat cheese
  • A few Kalamata olives
  • Alexis Munoz olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Espelette pepper

Preparation

Work the fresh goat cheese with a drizzle of olive oil and Espelette pepper.

Lay the slices of smoked salmon flat on cling film and form a fresh goat cheese quenelle on which
you sprinkle pieces of olive.

Close the salmon slices around the goat cheese.

Chill before cutting the roll into pieces. Enjoy with a glass of mineral white wine.
