- 3 small beets, already cooked
- 2 small burratas (about 125g each)
- 50g Kaviari Prestige or Baeri Ossetra caviar
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Some fresh herbs
Burrata and Caviar
The combination of burrata, beet and caviar is exceptional.
It’s a recipe you can make any time of year. The creaminess of the burrata and the earthiness of the beet are enhanced by the caviar.
Baeri caviar, with its woody character, creates a beautiful harmony, while ossetra caviar adds nutty notes.
Recipe
Dry-roast the hazelnuts in a frying pan.
Dice the beet and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with burrata, roasted hazelnuts and fresh herbs.
Place a spoonful of caviar on top and serve.
