Homemade caviar recipe
Cucumber

- 125g White sturgeon caviar
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 handful arugula
- 1 small onion
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 pinch salt flower
- Pepper
After peeling the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise and remove the seeds. Chop the onion.
In a blender, blend together the cucumber, arugula, onion, fromage blanc, lemon juice, olive oil and salt flower. Taste to adjust seasoning.
Serve chilled in bowls, with a generous spoonful of caviar on top.
