- 125g Transmontanus Caviar
- 135g wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 130ml milk
- 1 lightly beaten organic egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk and egg, then add the butter. Mix the liquid mixture with the flour mixture and beat with a fork until a soft dough forms.
Let it rest for a few minutes. Place a knob of butter in a frying pan over medium heat and pour in a ladleful of batter. When bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake over. Continue cooking until both sides are golden and the pancake has thickened by 1cm.
Enjoy warm with caviar.
