Much has been written about caviar. Often inconsistent. Through the years, I’ve come to realize that many people love caviar without knowing much about it.
Hence the idea and the desire to create this blog to tell the story of a craft, reveal a know-how that has become scarce. With the aim of educating and inspiring! A tribute to my father, who continues to travel to all corners of the world in the hunt for the rare gem and delight our palates. «Le Roi du caviar», (the caviar King) as Alain Ducasse calls him!
