A journalist and writer passionate about the art of living, Jean-Marie Pinçon founded Le Club des Goûteurs de Caviar in 2003.
The club brings together its members and their guests at prestigious venues to taste and compare caviars from all over the world.
Over the past ten years, these lovers of blond, grey or black grains have come to know wild caviars from the Caspian Sea, and experienced the emergence and evolution of farmed caviars produced by farms in the Old and New Worlds.
Their motto: “In all things related to taste, knowledge increases pleasure tenfold”.
A great epicurean and connoisseur of caviar, Jean-Marie Pinçon is also the author of a dozen books on the art of living and its key players.(Odiot l’orfèvre, Nestlé à Noisiel, Jacquesson & fils, Nicolas Feuillatte…).
He has also published a biographical account Une enfance au bord de la Suippe(2012) in a limited edition, illustrated in four-color process on vellum paper.
