TASTING WORKSHOP
Four original tins are opened for a comparative tasting of caviar, Beluga, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal®. To fully appreciate the diversity of their flavors, we offer several side dishes. This exceptional workshop is led by our caviar master Bruno (subject to availability)

4 caviar tins: Beluga, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal®
Tasting: approximately 120g of caviar per person.
Drinks: 4 glasses of champagne cuvée Kaviari.
At the counter: smoked salmon and hot blinis and a few glasses of vodka.
