- 4 Kaviari house-made blinis
- 20 cl crème fraîche
- 50 g Kaviari Osciètre Prestige caviar

Gently warm the blinis. Place a generous spoonful of crème fraîche on each one and smooth gently with the back of a spoon.
Arrange the blinis elegantly on a serving platter. Top each one with a generous spoonful of caviar.
Serve immediately.
