- 125 g Kaviari French Baeri caviar
- 40 g Greek olive oil
- 150 g pineapple tomato, beefsteak tomato, Green Zebra tomato and vine tomato
- juice of ½ lemon
- black pepper

Thinly slice the tomatoes, then season with a drizzle of olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice and a few turns of freshly ground black pepper.
Arrange the tomato slices neatly on the plates, then place a generous spoonful of caviar in the centre.
