Soft-boiled egg with caviar

- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of country bread

Place the eggs in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Cool briefly under cold running water, then serve in egg cups with a few slices of country bread.
Top with caviar and enjoy.
