The Caviar Saga: A Series Not to Be Missed!

The series isn't on Netflix – it's on Instagram. To celebrate 50 years of Kaviari, the House is launching The Caviar Saga, a 50-episode series in which 50 chefs share the story of their restaurants and their passion for caviar.

In each episode, these culinary virtuosos take us on a journey through one of their signature caviar dishes, offering a glimpse into their creativity and their unique relationship with Kaviari.

The series opens with Jérôme Banctel, the three-Michelin-starred chef of Le Gabriel at La Réserve Paris, Tom Allan, the two-Michelin-starred chef of The Modern in New York, and Christopher Coutanceau, the three-Michelin-starred chef of his eponymous restaurant in La Rochelle.
