A Franco-Japanese Encounter Around Caviar with Charles Coulombeau
On 9 April, Kaviari's Manufacture welcomes Michelin-starred chef Charles Coulombeau, from the restaurants Yozora and La Maison dans le Parc, for an exceptional dinner.
Born in Normandy and trained under some of France's most celebrated chefs, including Michel Guérard and Jacques Lameloise, Charles Coulombeau spent several months in Japan, where he developed a deep passion for the cuisine of the Land of the Rising Sun. Upon his return to France, he took over La Maison dans le Parc in Nancy before opening Yozora at the heart of the Centre Pompidou-Metz. Both restaurants have been awarded a Michelin star. His refined and inventive cuisine brings together exceptional local ingredients and Japanese flavours in a subtle, harmonious dialogue.
For this exclusive evening, Chef Charles Coulombeau will present a surprise menu inspired by Kaviari's caviars and selection of seafood delicacies, elevated by his signature Franco-Japanese influences.
