Our rillettes are prepared with fresh and smoked salmon, blended with crème fraîche enhanced by a touch of mustard, delicate chives, and seasoned with Guérande sea salt.

They are best enjoyed with our blinis, crackers, or toasted sandwich bread, accompanied by a squeeze of lemon or a few pink peppercorns, for example.
